This seminar focuses on how we can maximize communication and minimize conflict when working in a cross-cultural environment. The following questions will be discussed:

  • - What role do cultural differences play in management style, presentation style, and communication style?
  • - How does culture affect how we solve problems, express our opinion and how we socialize?
  • - Why do language barriers still exist when English has become a global language?
  • - How can we best prepare for working in an intercultural environment?
